I am writing this letter of recommendation for Chad and his crew at Pace-Sankar with the highest of praise. I hired Pace-Sankar in July 2010 to install a patio in my backyard. About six weeks later, I had a beautiful stone patio with a fully functioning barbeque.

I interviewed many landscaping companies and had been disappointed by all of them. My main concern was making sure the patio was a quality built structure that would last. My last attempt was contacting Pace-Sankar. Mike came to the interview fully prepared. He listened to my ideas about the patio and answered all my questions. He followed up in a timely manner with plans, samples, pictures and a detailed description of the materials he planned to use, along with the cost of the project. Mike was happy to explain the process and spent as much time as I needed getting my questions answered.

I decided to hire Pace-Sankar to do the patio because I felt that they provided the best product at the best price and most importantly, they were a company of integrity that I could trust.

Chad was a project manager for the job. He arrived with his crew in September and started the patio. From the beginning, he and his crew showed extreme professionalism. The crew wore uniforms and they were polite and courteous. Their behavior on the job was exceptional.

Chad exceeded my high expectations in every manner. Everything he said that would happen, did in fact happen. There were no surprises in the construction process, as he kept me informed every step of the way. My happiness with the ongoing project was always his greatest concern. Chad's committed to customer satisfaction, his concentrated focus on details, and his extreme perfectionism into the quality of workmanship that went into the patio was unrivaled.

Chad and the crew took a tremendous amount of pride in their work and I would also like to thank George and "Socks' for doing those little things I asked them to do.

I was so pleased with the finished patio that I asked them to return to work on the front of the house. They are in teh process of installing a new stone walkway and stone stoop. The job is almost complete and looks terrific.
